My standard payment terms involve a 25% deposit for all projects. I am flexible and willing to tailor a payment plan to suit your business needs – feel free to inquire for more details!

Unfortunately, all services are non-refundable to provide financial security for myself as the designer. If you cancel before our scheduled discovery call, you won't owe any remaining balances and forfeit your deposit. However, if you cancel after the project officially begins, post the discovery call, you'll be accountable for 50% of the remaining balance.
If you have made the initial deposit, you can reschedule according to my availability. if you choose to cancel at a later date, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event that you wish to schedule with me again in the future, you will be required to make a new deposit.
